ALL FINAL SALES NO REFUNDS!

All sales at Simply Delicious Fashion are FINAL Unfortunately there are NO returns, No refunds on any lingerie or bridal gowns. We drop ship our products from a variety of well known vendors and do not have our own warehouse or distribution center. We are not responsible for you ordering a wrong size, a right size that was just not fitting correctly, or color or for an item that arrived and did not look right or fit properly. Once your order is placed, processing begins immediately and it cannot be canceled. During check out you have the opportunity to read and understand our store policies. With this being said, by checking this box when you select your products to purchase, you are stating that you understand our terms. We cannot promise, nor do we guarantee shipping to arrive at a particular time as all orders are sent to drop shippers and they process and ship according to the in stock availability. The weather, weekends, holiday and Covid have caused delays and we ask you to be patient. You must check that you acknowledge this before checking out. We cannot guarantee when your item(s) will be sent to you as each sale is different from an other.

We are not responsible for items not arriving on time or within a certain time frame. We simply have no control over order time and shipping. Bridal gowns take anywhere form 60-90 days from processing until it is received by the purchaser. Bridal gowns/Wedding dresses have a no return policy whatsoever as they are purchased from distributors abroad and do not offer refunds for any reasons unless we (Simply Delicious Fashion) ordered the wrong size on your behalf. Please keep in mind that all these dresses are made to order and take a minimum of 60 days from the time the order is placed to arrive. We suggest ordering 90 days prior to your big day for the specific reason that if the gown needs any alterations, you have time to do so. USA health regulations stipulate that clothing that is soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered cannot be taken back. As lingerie and swimwear is delicate by nature, we offer no warranty once the tags are removed and will not accept it returned per our return policy. Please be sure of your order before you make your purchase!

All sales are final on the following items: any or all lingerie, bridal gowns, panties, thongs, matching garter sets, bra sets, all lingerie, men’s boxers & thongs, hosiery, pasties, pastie glue, wigs and wig accessories, adhesive items or any similar romantic gifts & body jewelry at management’s discretion (NO EXCEPTIONS WHATSOEVER).

CANCELLATIONS:

Please do not attempt to cancel your own order on our website. Notify us first because if you do this yourself manually it does not always send us a notification and the refund process will take much longer. Normal refunds are within 1-2 billing cycles after your order submitted.

Once an order is processed it cannot be cancelled. If you attempted to cancel your order but it was already processed, you can contact us as a last resort and send it back once you receive it at your cost but there is a minimal 25% restock fee. Your PayPal or credit card will be credited within 30 business days or 1  2 business cycles. This goes through our accounting department and this is our company policy.

TERMS & Conditions:

  • We except returns ONLY if our drop shippers sent the wrong size, selection or color, or if there is is a defect in the product or if we shipped you the wrong color, size or style. You cannot make a return because you’ve change your mind, made an impulse decision to buy, don’t like the style, too small, too large, ordered the wrong size, ordered too many, or purchased a custom made item and the sizes are inaccurate.
  • Per shipping; We understand that accidents happens, nonetheless, we are not responsible for your items if lost if they were shipped to an incorrect address by error on the buyers behalf.
  • We do regret that we cannot issue refunds on any item that is in less-than-new condition. All returns must be unworn and in original packaging with all tags intact. At Simply Delicious Fashion, we have the right to refuse the return of items with obvious signs of wear (i.e., if the items have been soiled, or have been smudged with makeup, has been laundered, or if the item has a distinct smell).
  • Please note that for your protection, all panty bottoms are final sale. This includes any and all bottoms – individually sold underwear, bra & panty sets, sleepwear sets as well as bodysuits/teddies, body shapers and enhancers. Please and be sure to carefully review our sizing charts before placing your order.
  • Final sale merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged. Any final sale merchandise shipped to us will be immediately be donated to charity.
  • We are not responsible for your return shipping costs. We do encourage you to use certified or insured mail, as we cannot be responsible for any items lost in the mail by these terms.
  • Once the returned item has been received, please allow 30 business days for the transaction to be processed. Refunds can only be made to the original credit card. You will receive an e-mail notification once the refund/exchange has been processed. It may take up to 2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement or PayPal account.
  • Terms say returns are not accepted if your item arrives late. We offer ground shipping and do not guarantee the length of time that it takes to receive your intimates, evening dresses, or any bridal or formal wear including shoe and bridal trousseau items. At Simply Delicious, our staff members process your order and submit it to any of our 5 warehouses for processing.

By clicking the box before allowing you to physically checkout, you are acknowledging that you have read all of our terms and conditions and accept the results that NOTHING can or will be refunded whatsoever. All  sales are FINAL, no exchanges, returns, refunds or money back, no exceptions!! If orders are back ordered or out of stock and there is not a particular time frame as to when they will be back in stock and your order will b e place in at ‘at hold’ pattern until all merchandise is in stock to ship.

COUPON POLICY **If you try to use multiple coupons we have the right to cancel your order no questions asked.
